I came across this TED talk last year and I loved it. Lera Boroditsky introduces the audience to the way language shapes the way we think.

How different would people be, how differently would they think about things if they had been brought up speaking another language ? Would you think differently if you have been raised speaking Russian, in Kuuk Thaayorre?

Could speaking a second or third language give you a different insight on life?
